Sprints, as per usual, but this time in the form of tempo runs due to pretty serious soreness and nervous system beat down from the past week of training. Let's go with 10 50 yd tempo runs, walking back and running immediately when I return to the start line.
3x15 down dogs with a shoulder flexion and thoracic extension focus
3x5 each twisting bears
3x1 min deep squat heels up hold, kind of a rest position
10 Pigeon stretch with trunk rotation.
Some sort of hip flexor and quad mobility exploration.
